We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total, shipping method selected, and destination.
Standard Shipping: Starting at $4.99
Expedited Shipping: $9.99 – $19.99
Priority Shipping: $19.99 and up
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75
- Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You may track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.
- Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

MiniOrient is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
